Product Description
MBR is a new high-efficiency wastewater treatment process that combines high-efficiency membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge method. It uses MBR flat film components with unique structure to place in the aeration tank. After aerobic aeration and biological treatment, the water is filtered through the filter membrane by the pump. It uses membrane separation equipment to trap activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the secondary sedimentation tank. The activated sludge concentration is thus greatly increased, the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and the sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately, and the refractory substances are continuously reacted and degraded in the reactor.

2)The membrane bioreactor realizes the separate control of the reactor sludge age SRT and hydraulic retention time HRT,so the design and operation are greatly simplified.
3)The mechanical interception of the membrane avoids the loss of microorganisms. The bioreactor can maintain a high sludge concentration,which can increase the volume load, reduce the sludge load, and has a strong impact resistance.
4)Since the SRT is very long, the bioreactor has played the role of "sludge nitrification tank",thereby significantly reducing the sludge output,the excess sludge output is very low, and the sludge treatment cost is low.
